Q. Do you find the source of the mold?
A. We do our best to determine the source of moisture, meaning the originating point of moisture intrusion. A. Yes. We address the ducting system and air handler.

Q. What about wall cavities?
A. If mold exists between wall cavities we can open access holes and perform our process inside the cavity without replacing the entire wall.

Q. Are there times when drywall must be replaced?
A. Yes. If the structural integrity is compromised then you must remove it. In this case we ensure no mold escapes into the rest of the living space and cross-contaminates the area with mold.
